I am willing to publish guest posts and sponsored posts as long as they are adhering to the guidelines below. I am getting a ton of really low-quality inquiries so please only reach out to me if after reading the guidelines below. I will not respond to any message which does not adhere to the guidelines below.
Who can send guest posts?
I am happy to accept guest posts from other bloggers in the health & fitness niche. If you are representing a company or any kind of commercial website you will be looking at a sponsored post.
Ideally, I prefer to publish guest posts by people who are avid gym goers with a strong fitness background. All the articles I publish are very informative, practical and address specific questions that people need answers to. Only reach out to me if you have personal experience with nutrition & fitness or you are willing to do a massive amount of research on the topic you will write about.
What topics do I accept?
The best way to figure that out is to browse through my blog and see what kind of subjects I’m covering. Even though I am not super strict about the topic as long as it falls into one of the categories below I’m happy.

If you are not sure about the topic please feel free to send a pitch by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and I’ll let you know if it’s a good one or not. Try to send 2-3 different headlines along with a short brief of what you plan on covering in the article.
I am also happy to review fully drafted articles.
Who long until I reply?
On average I’ll reply to all pitch emails in 2 days and to fully drafted guest post submissions in 5 days. If you don’t hear back from within this time-frame please follow-up.
If your article gets accepted I will email you the publishing date.
Write in an informal way which is not boring to read. I appreciate a smart sense of humor and so do the readers. Use “I” instead of “we” and back up your claims by citing research and studies. Feel free to add in your personal recommendation and experience.
Send your guest post in a Word file. Write a catchy headline which summarizes well the topic of the article. Add headings and subheadings, make it look nice and tight, each paragraph should be no more than 4-5 lines. Make sure your article has a catch introduction followed by the main content and a brief/conclusion section at the very end. Attach images to the email, don’t embed them in the document.
Add at least 4 links to other authority websites in the health & fitness niches inside the body of the article. This links should look natural and should complement the article.
Word count needs to be 2,000 to 4,000 words. I will not publish guest posts which are shorter than 2,000 words. It goes without saying that I am going to consider original content only. If your article is approved you are not allowed to publish it on any other website.

- Your name
- Short bio
- Links to previous writing samples
- The link to the website you are outreaching for
- Pitch 2-3 titles (or attach the fully drafted guest post)
